The anti-cavitation remote control float valve is made up of a piston main valve and a float valve. By adjusting on and off of the float valve, the main valve would be controlled to open and close up. The main valve opens as the float valve switches on, and while the main valve closes up as the float valve switches off. Opening or closing of the float valve is controlled by buoyancy on the water and weight by itself. When the water level goes up to a given level, the float goes up to close up the float valve; when the water level drops, the float goes down to open the float valve.
Application: the valve is widely used in the inlet piping of water tank or tower of fire protection, municipal water supply and drainage systems, and industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It normally works as an automatic water level control valve.

The way that water flows through the pressure reducing valve from upside to underside can avoid the cavitation occurring at the seal space between the seat and the seal ring of disc when water flows in high speed, thereby preventing the seal space from damaging.
An anti-cavitation shield has been set up below the valve seat. Through oval slots on the anti-cavitation shield, the pressure reducing valve could make pressure reduce possible. Even the cavitation happens at the time when the pressure reducing valve works under a low flow state, it only occurs inside the anti-cavitation shield, thus preventing the valve seat from damaging.
The cavitation shield is made of stainless steel with high strength of extension and anti-cavitation abilities. With enough anti-cavitation metal allowance preserved, the service life of pressure reducing valve could be well ensured.
The valve has a unique design structure. Compared with the traditional remote control float valves, it has low flow resistance, strong anti-cavitation ability, no working noise, and reliable sealing performance, as well as long service life characteristics.
